Advanced Japanese Moxibustion
Felip Caudet (engl.)
This is the second seminar of the series. One time we established the clear basics on moxibustion in the introductory seminar, it is necessary to do more steps inside the world of moxibustion under the understanding of the Japanese way (pragmatic and practical). There are several specific aspects, like the density of the cones or your posture when you are rolling cones, all that should be developed to increase your level of results.
We are going to work the body listening to understand how the body is organized in front of the disease. In this way, you will understand how to apply moxibustion to do a global balance (a great strategy in front of the systemic diseases) or to treat a specific disorder.
Program:
– Application points in moxibustion. The live point
– Why? How? Where?
– Special characteristics of „live“ points
– Direct technique II (Tonetsukyu). The density.
– Introduction to the Sawada style. Balancing the burners.
– Indirect technique II (Super Ontake)
– Palpation II. Density of stagnation.
– Treatments II
Prerequisites for participants: This is an advanced course, for those who have already taken one of the Japanese Moxa courses.
